A creamy, dark chocolate fudge with crushed Oreo pieces. Rich and chocolatey! Yum!
Ingredients
- 395 g sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 125 g unsalted butter
- 2 tbs glucose syrup
- 180 g dark chocolate
- 1/2 packet Oreo biscuits chopped
Method

Step 1Grease and line with baking paper a 20cm square cake tin.

Step 2In a large non stick saucepan add the condensed milk, butter, brown sugar and glucose syrup. Stir non stop over low heat for approx 10-12 minutes, or until the fudge has thickened and comes away from the sides.

Step 3Add the Oreos and stir until combined.

Step 4Remove from the heat and add the dark chocolate, stirring quickly until all the chocolate has melted. Pour into prepared pan and set aside to cool. Once cooled, pop in the fridge to set.

Step 5Remove from fridge and bring to room temperature before sliding into roughly 42 squares.

Recipe Notes
I use a silicone spatula to stir the fudge as it doesn't stick.
