An easy, tasty sweet to serve or give as a gift at Christmas. A twist on rum balls.
Ingredients
- 2 x 250 g chocolate ripple biscuits
- 395 g condensed milk
- 2 x 55 g Cherry Ripe chocolate bar roughly chopped
- 2 x 55 g Peppermint Crisp chocolate bars roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup Woolworths Desiccated Coconut
Method

Step 1Process biscuits into fine crumbs.

Step 2Mix biscuits, condensed milk, and chocolate bars together.

Step 3Roll into tablespoon-sized balls and roll in coconut.

Step 4Refrigerate.
