A homemade chilli sauce thats quick and easy, and great with steak or prawns. Also good with pasta, just add some vegetables and do not thicken.
Ingredients
- 1 tbs tomato sauce
- 1 tbs barbecue sauce
- 1 tsp chilli sauce
- 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1 onion chopped large
- 1 tomato chopped
- 2 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp cornflour
- 1 tsp water
- 1 tbs oil
Method

Step 1Fry onion and tomato in a little oil until soft.

Step 2Add the sauces and vinegar. Bring to the boil and let it simmer until reduced a little.

Step 3Add some cornflour mixed with a little water if sauce requires thickening.
Recipe Notes
You can double the recipe or add more chilli if you want it hotter.
