A beautiful spicy lamb dish, which goes well with fried rice. I make in a pressure cooker, but it doesn't have to be. - smgreg

  • 3 bird's eye chilli chopped
  • 5 cloves garlic crushed

Recipe Notes

You can also use 1 kg of chicken drumsticks instead of lamb. Serve with fried rice. Reduction time may be a little longer.
