This chicken dish is great when you're pressed for time. Simply throw everything in one pot and walk away! Can be prepared the night before and left in the fridge until you're ready to cook.
Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken cooked
- 420 can canned cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 jar mayonnaise
- 1 broccoli steamed
- 1 salt and pepper
Method

Step 1Mix cream of chicken and mayonnaise in crock pot.

Step 2Pull apart chicken and add meat, vegetables, salt and pepper to pot.

Step 3Cook at 180C for at least 30 minutes.

- 1 large stock pot

Left overs are great the next day for lunch. You can add other vegies if you like. You can also use cream of mushroom soup.
