Simple and delicious chicken burger everyone will love.
Ingredients
- 500 g chicken mince
- 2 spring onion sliced
- 1/2 tbs ground coriander
- 1/2 tbs curry powder
- 2 tbs sweet chilli sauce
- 1/2 tbs lemon juice
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander chopped
- 1 tbs peanut oil
Warm Asian slaw
- 1 tsp peanut oil
- 220 g bean sprouts
- 1/2 green capsicum cut into matchsticks
- 2 spring onion julienned
- 1 cup cabbage shredded
- 1 tbs sesame seeds
- 1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
Method

Step 1Mix all burger ingredients well in a bowl with a fork.

Step 2Form 4 full sized burgers and fry until cooked through in peanut oil.

Step 3Keep warm.

Step 4Clean frypan. Heat peanut oil and add all Asian slaw ingredients including soy to pan.

Step 5Stir fry until warm and wilted. Serve burgers and slaw.
Recipe Notes
Burgers are not spicy and I served them with a lime zest aioli which worked really well but sour cream might also be an option. I think they might be nice in a burger roll also. Chinese cabbage can also be used.
