Looks festive and tastes great.
Ingredients
- 250 g arrowroot biscuits crushed
- 200 g condensed milk
- 120 g butter
- 4 Cadbury Cherry Ripe chocolate bars diced
- 1 1/2 cups icing sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbs margarine
- 1 pinch coconut *to serve
Method

Step 1Place butter and condensed milk in small saucepan and heat until the butter is just melted. Stir and add to biscuits.

Step 2Add the cherry ripe pieces and mix until combined.

Step 3Press into a lined slice tin and refrigerate while you make the top.

Step 4For top, stir margarine, icing sugar and enough milk to make a tough icing.

Step 5Place the bowl over hot water to make it easier to stir.

Step 6Ice the top of the slice and sprinkle icing with coconut.

Step 7Return to fridge to set and cut into squares.
Recipe Notes
If you still want the cherry ripe pieces chunky, wait a few minutes before you add them as they will melt into the biscuit mix if it's still warm.
