A quick and simple, one bowl fudge. It takes less than 10 minutes to make and is easy enough for the kids to throw together for you!
Ingredients
- 1 cup cake mix
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1/4 cup butter cubed
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbs sprinkles optional
Method

Step 1Combine cake mix and icing sugar in microwave-safe bowl. Add butter and milk. Don’t stir.

Step 2Microwave for 2 minutes. Stir immediately until completely combined.

Step 3Add sprinkles. Do not over mix at this stage as sprinkles colour may bleed.

Step 4Spread into greased 20 cm x 20 cm pan. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Recipe Notes
If the batter comes out too runny, stir in about 1 teaspoon of icing sugar or cake mix at a time until stiff. If too thick to stir in all components, slowly add ½ teaspoon of milk at a time, but batter should be thick! Soy milk can be used.
