Ingredients

  • 2 cup water
  • 2 beef stock cube
  • 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbs cornflour
  • 1/2 cup milk

Method

  • Step 1
    Place the water into a pot and bring to a simmer.
  • Step 2
    Add the stock cubes of choice and Worcestershire sauce while stirring.
  • Step 3
    Mix the cornflour and milk together and stir until smooth.
  • Step 4
    Add the milk to the gravy and continue stirring, until gravy thickens.
Recipe Notes

For extra flavour add salt and sugar to your frozen peas and corn and use the water from that to make gravy. Use beef or chicken stock cubes.
