A quick and easy to make gravy.
Ingredients
- 2 cup water
- 2 beef stock cube
- 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbs cornflour
- 1/2 cup milk
Method

Step 1Place the water into a pot and bring to a simmer.

Step 2Add the stock cubes of choice and Worcestershire sauce while stirring.

Step 3Mix the cornflour and milk together and stir until smooth.

Step 4Add the milk to the gravy and continue stirring, until gravy thickens.
Recipe Notes
For extra flavour add salt and sugar to your frozen peas and corn and use the water from that to make gravy. Use beef or chicken stock cubes.
