Ingredients
- 750g beef mince
- 1 tbs oil
- 1 onion chopped large
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 2 celery sticks chopped
- 1 green capsicum diced seeded
- 220g tomato sauce canned baked beans
- 1 tbs mustard powder
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 tbs brown sugar
- 2 tbs white vinegar
Method

Step 1Heat oil in pan and brown mince. Add onion and garlic and cook.

Step 2Add celery and capsicum.

Step 3Stir in baked beans, tomato sauce, and remaining ingredients. Simmer until cooked and serve.
Recipe Notes
Adjust ingredient quantities to taste.
Add water as required for a thinner consistency.
