Ingredients

  • 2 cup fresh basil, leaves removed
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup pine nuts
  • 1/3 cup parmesan
  • 3 garlic clove small *to taste

Method

  • Step 1
    Combine ingredients in a food processor.
  • Step 2
    If it is too runny, add more Parmesan cheese.
Recipe Notes

Serve with Lebanese bread or mix into hot pasta.
