Leg of lamb, with garlic and mustard cooked on the barbeque.
Ingredients
- 1 lamb leg boned
- 1 hot English mustard
- 1 garlic powder
Method

Step 1Slather the boned leg with mustard and garlic powder using plenty of both, coating both sides well.

Step 2Place in a large dish and refrigerate overnight.

Step 3Cook on an open barbecue.

Step 4High heat to seal both sides, then medium heat to cook through, turning once.

Step 5Cook for approximately 35 minutes for pink meat or 45 minutes for well done.
Recipe Notes
Don't be afraid to use plenty of mustard, it will not be hot when cooked, just flavoursome.
To protect your barbeque and make for an easy clean up, cook meat on a silicone barbeque sheet.
