Ingredients

  • 1 lamb leg boned
  • 1 hot English mustard
  • 1 garlic powder

Method

  • Step 1
    Slather the boned leg with mustard and garlic powder using plenty of both, coating both sides well.
  • Step 2
    Place in a large dish and refrigerate overnight.
  • Step 3
    Cook on an open barbecue.
  • Step 4
    High heat to seal both sides, then medium heat to cook through, turning once.
  • Step 5
    Cook for approximately 35 minutes for pink meat or 45 minutes for well done.
Recipe Notes

Don't be afraid to use plenty of mustard, it will not be hot when cooked, just flavoursome.

To protect your barbeque and make for an easy clean up, cook meat on a silicone barbeque sheet.
