A crunchy, creamy banana dessert.
Ingredients
- 800 g condensed milk
- 3 bananas large thinly sliced
- 300 g chocolate biscuits crushed
- 300 ml double cream
- 50 g milk chocolate
- 3 tbs butter melted
Method

Step 1Caramelise the condensed milk, by filling the saucepan ¾ full with water on high heat.

Step 2When the water boils place the tins into the saucepan with tongs.

Step 3Place lid on saucepan and leave to gently boil for 2 hours.

Step 4Remove after the two hours and leave to cool.

Step 5Place the biscuit crumbs in a bowl and pour over melted butter. Stir well.

Step 6Pour the crumbs into a spring form cake tin, press down and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Step 7Spread the banana slices over the base and evenly pour condensed milk over the banana.

Step 8Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Step 9Whip the cream until stiff and cover the condensed milk mixture.

Step 10Cover with grated chocolate and refrigerate.
