This is an impressive, tried and tested recipe. I get many requests for the recipe.
Ingredients
- 6 egg whites
- 350 g caster sugar
- 400 g NESTLE Top n Fill Caramel chilled
- 300 g thickened cream whipped
- 2 bananas sliced
- 1 block milk chocolate grated *to decorate
Method

Step 1Beat eggs whites until soft peaks form.

Step 2Add the sugar gradually until dissolved, approximately 10 minutes.

Step 3Mark 25 cm circle on two pieces of baking paper and line 2 trays.

Step 4Place mix evenly into two circles and bake at 100C for 1½ hours. Allow to cool in oven.

Step 5When cool place one meringue disc onto serving plate, spread with half the Top 'n' Fill then place 1 sliced banana evenly on disc.

Step 6Spread with half the beaten cream, then repeat, finishing with flake or grated chocolate.
