Bananas in caramel sauce topped with whipped cream. Make in individual dishes and can be prepared in advance.
Ingredients
- 4 tbs cream
- 85 g butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 4 banana
- 1 cup whipped cream *to serve
- 4 tbs mixed nuts chopped *to serve
Method

Step 1Place the cream, butter and brown sugar together into a small saucepan, warm gently to melt the butter, bring to the boil for 2 minutes.

Step 2Slice the bananas into individual serving dishes.

Step 3Pour over the caramel sauce.

Step 4Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of chopped nuts.
