Asian-style prawns, brought to you by Woolworths Christmas.
Ingredients
- 1 kg large green Australian king prawns large
- 1/2 bunch fresh coriander finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- 2 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tbs fish sauce
- 1 long red chilli chopped
- 1 long green shallots chopped
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 lime cut into wedges large *to serve
- 1 tbs olive oil
Method

Step 1Finely grate rind and juice lime.

Step 2Combine with olive oil, shallot, chilli, fish sauce, coriander, garlic cloves and coriander in a large bowl.

Step 3Add prawns and toss until well combined.

Step 4Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Step 5Preheat a barbeque hot plate over high heat.

Step 6Grease with 1 tablespoon olive oil.

Step 7Add prawns and cook for 5 minutes or until crisp and cooked through.

Step 8Transfer to a platter. Top with coriander and lime wedges.
