A sweet and yummy dessert.
Ingredients
- 600 g rhubarb cut into pieces
- 5 granny smith apple
- 1 cup caster sugar
Crumble
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut
- 65 g unsalted butter
Method

Step 1Combine rhubarb with caster sugar and cook over low heat approximately 15 minutes.

Step 2Peel and cut apples, then add to rhubarb and cook for a further 10-15 minutes.

Step 3Spoon into ramekins.

Step 4To make crumble, mix dry ingredients with butter to form a breadcrumb like mixture.

Step 5Place crumble mix over top of each ramekin and bake at 180C for approximately 25 minutes.

Step 6Serve with ice-cream and cream.
