Beautiful moist popular truffle balls.
Ingredients
- 240 g biscuits crushed
- 60 g soft butter
- 183 g desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 395 g condensed milk
Method

Step 1Combine biscuits, butter, coconut and cocoa in a large bowl. Mix well with hands.

Step 2When well combined, slowly add the condensed milk. Mix until the mixture is sticky.

Step 3Roll mixture into balls and roll in extra coconut to coat.

Step 4Leave to refrigerate for at least an hour.
Recipe Notes
This mixture is very sticky so if you have any gloves suitable for food preparation feel free to use them. I prefer to use Marie biscuit.
