Ingredients

  • 240 g biscuits crushed
  • 60 g soft butter
  • 183 g desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 395 g condensed milk

Method

  • Step 1
    Combine biscuits, butter, coconut and cocoa in a large bowl. Mix well with hands.
  • Step 2
    When well combined, slowly add the condensed milk. Mix until the mixture is sticky.
  • Step 3
    Roll mixture into balls and roll in extra coconut to coat.
  • Step 4
    Leave to refrigerate for at least an hour.
Recipe Notes
This mixture is very sticky so if you have any gloves suitable for food preparation feel free to use them. I prefer to use Marie biscuit.
