My daughter makes these muffins regularly. They are so moist.
Ingredients
- 3 cup plain flour
- 1 tbs baking powder
- 1/3 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 2 egg lightly beaten
- 3 tbs cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 125 g butter melted
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 160C.

Step 2Sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder into a mixing bowl.

Step 3Add the brown sugar and chocolate chips and mix well.

Step 4Add melted butter, milk and eggs and mix well.

Step 5Three-quarter fill each of the muffin holes lined with patty papers and bake for 18-20 minutes or until cooked.

- 1 12-hole muffin pan
Recipe Notes
This recipe will make 12 or 13 good sized muffins. We like them big.
