Mildly spiced little sausages ideal for a buffet meal or to serve with drinks.
Ingredients
- 400 g lean pork mince
- 4 tbs rice cooked
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 1 tsp red Thai curry paste
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 tbs fresh lime juice
- 2 tbs fresh coriander chopped
- 3 tbs peanut oil
Method

Step 1Mix all ingredients, except oil together, then with wet hands form into small sausage shapes.

Step 2Heat oil in frying pan and fry sausages until browned all over and cooked through.
