Ingredients

  • 400 g lean pork mince
  • 4 tbs rice cooked
  • 1 garlic clove crushed
  • 1 tsp red Thai curry paste
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbs fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbs fresh coriander chopped
  • 3 tbs peanut oil

Method

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients, except oil together, then with wet hands form into small sausage shapes.
  • Step 2
    Heat oil in frying pan and fry sausages until browned all over and cooked through.

Equipment

  • 1 frying pan
Recipe Notes
These can be made a day in advance and are equally good hot or cold.
