Home-made tartare sauce which is nicer than bottled tartare sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbs onion finely grated
- 1 tbs capers finely chopped
- 3 gherkin finely chopped small
Method

Step 1Mix all ingredients in a bowl and serve with seafood.
