Ingredients
- 4 chorizo sausage sliced
- 150 g sun-dried tomato chopped *to taste
- 1 bunch English spinach
- 150 g fetta cubed
- 1 tbs parmesan cheese *to serve
- 200 g pasta
Method

Step 1Cook pasta to packet directions.

Step 2Fry the chorizo in a frypan until browned.

Step 3Add spinach and cook until wilted.

Step 4Add feta and cook for 2 minutes.

Step 5Mix chorizo, feta, sundried tomatoes and Parmesan into hot pasta and serve.
