Sausages with a difference.
Ingredients
- 500 g thin sausage (beef)
- 3 tbs tomato sauce
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 2 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tbs brown sugar
Method

Step 1Lay sausages in an ovenproof dish and slit each one lengthwise.

Step 2Mix remaining ingredients together until smooth.

Step 3Spoon mixture into each cut sausage.

Step 4Bake at 200C for 30 minutes.

Step 5Drain off any excess fat before serving.
