A very tasty crumbed chicken. I learnt this from my Nan.
Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken breast fillet
- 2 cup dried breadcrumbs
- 2 cup plain flour
- 3 egg lightly beaten
- 2 1/2 tbs lemon pepper
- 2 tbs garlic powder
- 1 tbs oil
Method

Step 1Cut all the fat off the chicken and slice in half so it is cut into two slices.

Step 2Mix together the breadcrumbs, lemon pepper and garlic powder.

Step 3Coat the chicken in flour and then the eggs and finally the breadcrumbs.

Step 4Repeat this process until all the chicken is coated.

Step 5Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Step 6Heat oil in pan and fry the chicken until it is cooked.

This recipe is great with anything and great for summer! You can also use chicken thighs.
