Ingredients

  • 3 egg
  • 2 tbs sugar
  • 2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 pinch nutmeg *to taste

Method

  • Step 1
    Beat eggs with sugar.
  • Step 2
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Step 3
    Place in a greased heatproof bowl that will fit inside your slowcooker.
  • Step 4
    Cover bowl with foil or a lid.
  • Step 5
    Pour 1 cup of hot water into slowcooker.
  • Step 6
    Gently add bowl of custard, making sure water doesn't come over the sides of bowl.
  • Step 7
    Cover slowcooker with lid and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.
Recipe Notes
Serve warm or cold.
