This throw-it-all together, self-crust forming, tasty quiche is so versatile and makes a great addition to lunch boxes, picnics or on the dinner table.
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup milk
- 1 onion small *to taste
- 1/4 cup chives *to taste
- 1 cup deli ham diced
- 1 tsp oregano *to taste
- 1 tbs margarine
- 1/2 cup self-raising flour
Method

Step 1Place all ingredients into a sealed container and shake really well.

Step 2Pour into a pie or quiche dish and bake at 180C for 35-40 minutes or until filling is set.
Recipe Notes
This quiche is lovely served hot or cold. you can use shallots or chives, ham, spinach, crab meat, creamed corn or chicken. Our favourite is the crab meat, but the kids also like it made with shredded ham!
