Ingredients

  • 4 sausage cooked sliced
  • 1/2 cup rice cooked drained
  • 410 g canned chopped tomato
  • 1/2 capsicum chopped
  • 1 apple diced
  • 1 tbs parsley chopped

Method

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 180C.
  • Step 2
    Put all ingredients in casserole dish and stir through.
  • Step 3
    Dot top with butter.
  • Step 4
    Sprinkle with parsley.
  • Step 5
    Cover and cook for ½ hour.

  • 1 casserole dish

I used to make this for my kids when they were little. Very quick and easy to throw together in a rush.
