A tasty and simple winter favourite.
Ingredients
- 1 kg sausage beef mince
- 3 onion sliced
- 3 tomato sliced
- 8 potato cooked mashed
- 1/2 cup cheese grated
Method

Step 1Spread half of the sausage mince on the bottom of a casserole dish, then cover with one sliced tomato and onion.

Step 2Repeat with remaining ingredients to create two layers.

Step 3Cover and bake at 200C until the mince is cooked.

Step 4Top with mashed potato and cheese, and bake, uncovered further 10 minutes until browned.
