Ingredients

  • 1 kg sausage beef mince
  • 3 onion sliced
  • 3 tomato sliced
  • 8 potato cooked mashed
  • 1/2 cup cheese grated

Method

  • Step 1
    Spread half of the sausage mince on the bottom of a casserole dish, then cover with one sliced tomato and onion.
  • Step 2
    Repeat with remaining ingredients to create two layers.
  • Step 3
    Cover and bake at 200C until the mince is cooked.
  • Step 4
    Top with mashed potato and cheese, and bake, uncovered further 10 minutes until browned.

  • 1 casserole dish
Recipe Notes
I find it easy to spread the mince with wet hands.
