This is an easy relatively low-fat dish, equally delicious hot or cold.
Ingredients
- 375 g shortcrust pastry
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 3/4 cup skim milk
- 3 egg lightly beaten
- 415 g canned salmon drained flaked
- 1/2 cup low-fat tasty cheese grated
- 1 tbs sweet chilli sauce

Step 1Preheat oven to 220C.

Step 2Roll out pastry and line a 25 cm quiche dish.

Step 3Combine remaining ingredients and spoon into pastry shell.

Step 4Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until brown and set on top.
Recipe Notes
I use packet pastry mix and Ally pink salmon. If using a smaller quiche tin reduce salmon to a 220 g tin and cook for approximately 20 minutes.
