Ingredients

  • 375 g shortcrust pastry
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup skim milk
  • 3 egg lightly beaten
  • 415 g canned salmon drained flaked
  • 1/2 cup low-fat tasty cheese grated
  • 1 tbs sweet chilli sauce

Method

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 220C.
  • Step 2
    Roll out pastry and line a 25 cm quiche dish.
  • Step 3
    Combine remaining ingredients and spoon into pastry shell.

    Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until brown and set on top.
Recipe Notes

I use packet pastry mix and Ally pink salmon. If using a smaller quiche tin reduce salmon to a 220 g tin and cook for approximately 20 minutes.
