Ingredients
- 3 tbs olive oil
- 2 tbs balsamic vinegar
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 200 g baby rocket leaves
- 75 g parmesan cheese shaved
Method

Step 1Combine olive oil with balsamic vinegar, garlic and brown sugar in a small container.

Step 2Place baby rocket in a salad bowl and toss through olive oil dressing.
