A vegetable pie which is nice as a side dish and great if you need to take something along to a barbie. - marlsjduf

Ingredients

  • 2 zucchini sliced
  • 1 green capsicum sliced
  • 1 red capsicum sliced
  • 2 onion sliced
  • 2 tomato sliced
  • 60 g spring vegetable dried soup
  • 2 tsp mixed herbs
  • 1 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup tasty cheese grated

Method

  • Step 1
    Mix soup and herbs together.
  • Step 2
    Sprinkle between alternate layer of vegetables in ovenproof dish.
  • Step 3
    Mix cream and cheese together.
  • Step 4
    Spoon over vegetables.
  • Step 5
    Bake at 180C for 45 minutes, or until cheese has melted and is golden brown.
