A vegetable pie which is nice as a side dish and great if you need to take something along to a barbie.
Ingredients
- 2 zucchini sliced
- 1 green capsicum sliced
- 1 red capsicum sliced
- 2 onion sliced
- 2 tomato sliced
- 60 g spring vegetable dried soup
- 2 tsp mixed herbs
- 1 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup tasty cheese grated
Method

Step 1Mix soup and herbs together.

Step 2Sprinkle between alternate layer of vegetables in ovenproof dish.

Step 3Mix cream and cheese together.

Step 4Spoon over vegetables.

Step 5Bake at 180C for 45 minutes, or until cheese has melted and is golden brown.
