Great simple prawn entrée.
Ingredients
- 1 dukkah
- 750 g cooked prawns peeled tails intact
- 4 lemon cut into wedges *to serve
- 1 cos lettuce
Chilli mayonnaise
- 1 cup whole-egg mayonnaise
- 2 tbs fresh lime juice
- 1 pinch chilli powder *to taste
Method

Step 1Combine mayonnaise, lime juice and chilli in a small bowl.

Step 2To serve, arrange prawns on a serving platter.

Step 3On each plate place a very small dish of chilli mayonnaise, a very small dish of dukkah, a few cos lettuce leaves and 1 lemon wedge.
Recipe Notes
Very small dishes are available in most kitchen shops (7 cm diameter).
