This is a hearty, "no-frills" bake sure to fill the hungry hordes. Great way to use up leftover BBQ sausages.
Ingredients
- 6 potato cooked mashed
- 6 sausage chopped cooked
- 6 egg
- 1 cup cheese grated
Method

Step 1Spread mashed potato in base of casserole dish.

Step 2Place sausages over potato.

Step 3Break eggs onto sausage layer.

Step 4Sprinkle grated cheese on top.

Step 5Bake at 180C for approximately 30 minutes, until eggs are cooked as desired.

Recipe Notes
The mashed potato can be made as plain or as fancy as you like with butter, shallots, sour cream or garlic. Vary the type and quantity of sausages to your taste.
