Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato cut into wedges peeled
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 tsp chicken salt
  • 2 tsp dried oregano

Method

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 210C.
  • Step 2
    Place the oil, chicken salt and oregano into a large roasting pan and place in the preheated oven for 5 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Remove from oven and add potatoes.
  • Step 4
    Return to oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Step 5
    Turn the potatoes once or twice during cooking time.
Recipe Notes
Serve sprinkled with sea salt with sour cream on the side.
