A fantastic side dish to any meal or simply as a side snack. Delicious and always a success either way!
Ingredients
- 1 kg potato cut into wedges peeled
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 tsp chicken salt
- 2 tsp dried oregano
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 210C.

Step 2Place the oil, chicken salt and oregano into a large roasting pan and place in the preheated oven for 5 minutes.

Step 3Remove from oven and add potatoes.

Step 4Return to oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Step 5Turn the potatoes once or twice during cooking time.
Recipe Notes
Serve sprinkled with sea salt with sour cream on the side.
