Recipe Notes
These were a new and easy way of serving potatoes for my kids and they enjoyed them very much. These would be good to sneak other grated vegetables into as well. Cream cheese can be substituted with quark; a European style cream cheese. It is not necessary for the recipe to work, but it helps to bind the ingredients and adds a cheesy flavour.
