A tasty and easy to make side to enjoy with a wide range of food especially with BBQ, fish or poultry.
Ingredients
- 1 kg potato
- 125 g salted butter
- 100 ml full cream milk
- 1 tbs sour cream
- 2 garlic clove
- 1 pinch salt *to taste
Method

Step 1Peel potatoes and cut in medium size cubes.

Step 2Boil in water with 2 sliced garlic cloves for 20 minutes or until soft.

Step 3Drain water, discard garlic and put potatoes into a mixing bowl.

Step 4Add butter and salt and mash completely.

Step 5Add milk, sour cream and mix until smooth.
Recipe Notes
For various consistencies vary the quantity of milk.
