Ingredients

  • 600 ml thickened cream
  • 2 tsp garlic crushed
  • 1 tbs chicken stock powder
  • 2 tsp cornflour
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 6 chop pork loin
  • 6 bacon rashers

Method

  • Step 1
    To make the garlic sauce, heat the cream, garlic and chicken stock in a saucepan, and thicken with cornflour and water.
  • Step 2
    Grill pork chops and bacon. Place bacon on top of each pork chop and drizzle with the garlic sauce.

  • 1 saucepan
  • 1 chargrill pan
Recipe Notes
If you want to make this look more fancy cook baby spinach to go under pork chop. Position the chop so that the spinach is able to be seen underneath. Serve with mash.
