A must try for those who do not like brussels sprouts, you will surely change your mind! A recipe a friend gave me.
Ingredients
- 18 Brussels sprouts cored halved washed
- 1 pinch salt and pepper *to taste
- 1 tbs oil
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 tbs butter
Method

Step 1Cut brussel sprouts very finely across the grain, until all shredded. Place in a basin.

Step 2Combine salt and pepper in a small dish.

Step 3Heat a wok or fry pan, add oil and quickly cook brussel sprouts.

Step 4Add half the lemon juice, and the salt and pepper.

Step 5Continue stirring quickly. Switch off heat and add butter and remaining lemon juice.
Recipe Notes
I was not a lover of brussel sprouts but changed my mind after cooking them this way.
