An all time favourite and delicious slice that is quick and easy to make.
Ingredients
- 250 g Granita biscuits crushed
- 1 cup dried cranberries chopped
- 1 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 395 g sweetened condensed milk
- 125 g butter
- 1 1/4 cup milk chocolate melts
Method

Step 1Mix together biscuits, cranberries and coconut.

Step 2In a saucepan, melt together butter and condensed milk. Add to dry ingredients. Mix well.

Step 3Press mixture into a baking paper lined slice pan, then refrigerate.

Step 4Once mixture has set, melt chocolate and cover slice.

Step 5Refrigerate to set.

- 1 20cm x 30cm slice pan
Recipe Notes
Dried cranberries can be substituted with dried apricots. You can use dark chocolate melts if desired.
