A different quiche using mushrooms and leeks.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet shortcrust pastry
- 5 mushrooms sliced
- 1 leek small thinly sliced
- 1 tsp garlic
- 200 g sour cream
- 3 egg
- 1/2 cup cheese grated
- 1 pinch seasoning *to taste
Method

Step 1Place pastry in a quiche dish and blind bake.

Step 2Fry mushrooms, garlic and small leek until soft. Season with pepper and salt.

Step 3Mix sour cream, eggs and grated cheese together.

Step 4Spread mushroom mixture in dish and spread sour cream mixture on top.

Step 5Bake at 180C for 30 minutes.
Recipe Notes
You can change the mushroom and leek to anything you enjoy eating, but make sure you use the sour cream.
