Ingredients

  • 1 sheet shortcrust pastry
  • 5 mushrooms sliced
  • 1 leek small thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 3 egg
  • 1/2 cup cheese grated
  • 1 pinch seasoning *to taste

Method

  • Step 1
    Place pastry in a quiche dish and blind bake.
  • Step 2
    Fry mushrooms, garlic and small leek until soft. Season with pepper and salt.

    Mix sour cream, eggs and grated cheese together.
  • Step 4
    Spread mushroom mixture in dish and spread sour cream mixture on top.
  • Step 5
    Bake at 180C for 30 minutes.
Recipe Notes

You can change the mushroom and leek to anything you enjoy eating, but make sure you use the sour cream.
