Little quiches with pumpkin and bacon.
Ingredients
- 3 sheets puff pastry
- 1 cup bacon rashers diced
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 cup pumpkin mash
- 1 cup cheese grated
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
Method

Step 1Cut circles of pastry to fit greased patty pans or muffin pans. Allow for shrinkage.

Step 2Cook bacon and onion.

Step 3Mix in the other ingredients and fill the prepared pastry cases.

Step 4Bake at 180C for 20 minutes or until pastry is cooked.
Recipe Notes
A smoked cheese cheddar or tasty are all good to use.
