Ingredients

  • 400 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 200 g white chocolate melts
  • 125 g butter chopped
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbs golden syrup
  • 1 cup macadamias roughly chopped
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Method

  • Step 1
    Place condensed milk, chocolate, butter, sugar and golden syrup in large microwave-safe bowl. Melt on HIGH (100%) for 5-7 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Stir through nuts and vanilla. Pour into a paper-lined 18 cm x 28 cm baking tray.
  • Step 3
    Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight until firm. Cut fudge into squares before serving.
  • Step 4
    Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
