This is great to baste over chicken or even to put onto French sticks and heat in the oven. Personally I love this on my chicken or fish.
Ingredients
- 2 lemon
- 250 g butter
- 3 tbs ginger grated
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
Method

Step 1Remove peel from lemons and grate finely.

Step 2Beat butter until light and creamy.

Step 3Add ginger, garlic and lemon peel. Beat until smooth.

Step 4Using plastic wrap, form a log shape and refrigerate.
Recipe Notes
Can be stored for 2 weeks in the refrigerator or frozen up to 3 months. Slice off rounds as they are needed and return to freezer.
