This is great to baste over chicken or even to put onto French sticks and heat in the oven. Personally I love this on my chicken or fish. - maryann manchee

Ingredients

  • 2 lemon
  • 250 g butter
  • 3 tbs ginger grated
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed

Method

  • Step 1
    Remove peel from lemons and grate finely.
  • Step 2
    Beat butter until light and creamy.
  • Step 3
    Add ginger, garlic and lemon peel. Beat until smooth.
  • Step 4
    Using plastic wrap, form a log shape and refrigerate.
Recipe Notes
Can be stored for 2 weeks in the refrigerator or frozen up to 3 months. Slice off rounds as they are needed and return to freezer.
