Very easy, inexpensive recipe for wings.
Ingredients
- 2 kg chicken wing
Coating
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp paprika
Sauce
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 tbs lemon rind grated
- 1 clove garlic
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 180C.

Step 2Place coating ingredients into a plastic bag, add wings and shake to cover in mixture.

Step 3Cook chicken for 15 minutes.

Step 4Spoon a small amount of sauce over each side of chicken wings.

Step 5Cook for a further 25-30 minutes.

- 1 snap-lock bags
- 1 metal spoon
- 1 baking tray

Wings can be cooked, frozen and reheated in the microwave.

Tips to convert this recipe to cook in an air fryer
Reduce cook time, turn before basting then baste every 5 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
