Ingredients

  • 40 g French onion soup mix
  • 6 potato
  • 3 tbs olive oil

Method

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 180C.
  • Step 2
    Peel potatoes and chop into roughly 2 cm cubes.
  • Step 3
    Place in baking dish and add soup mix and oil
  • Step 4
    Stir until evenly coated and bake for 30-35 minutes.
Recipe Notes
The amount of potato and oil is a guide only. If you want to make more, add more potato and enough oil to coat.
