A fun variation on chocolate crackles, great kids' party food.
Ingredients
- 3 cups Kellogg's Rice Bubbles
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 2 tbs sprinkles
- 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
- 200 g copha
- 1 tbs cachous
- 3 drops red liquid food colouring
Method

Step 1Line two 12-cup patty pans with paper cases.

Step 2Place rice bubbles in large mixing bowl. Add sifted icing sugar, coconut and food colouring. Stir to combine.

Step 3Add coloured sprinkles and marshmallows. Stir to combine.

Step 4Melt copha in small pan, allow to cool.

Step 5Add to bowl and gently stir until well combined.

Step 6Spoon mixture into paper cases and sprinkle with cachous.

Step 7Refrigerate until set

Recipe Notes
This recipe can also be pressed into a square container and cut into small squares when set.
Use coloured cachous.
