A fun variation on chocolate crackles, great kids' party food.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Kellogg's Rice Bubbles
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 2 tbs sprinkles
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 200 g copha
  • 1 tbs cachous
  • 3 drops red liquid food colouring

Method

  • Step 1
    Line two 12-cup patty pans with paper cases.
  • Step 2
    Place rice bubbles in large mixing bowl. Add sifted icing sugar, coconut and food colouring. Stir to combine.
  • Step 3
    Add coloured sprinkles and marshmallows. Stir to combine.
  • Step 4
    Melt copha in small pan, allow to cool.
  • Step 5
    Add to bowl and gently stir until well combined.
  • Step 6
    Spoon mixture into paper cases and sprinkle with cachous.
  • Step 7
    Refrigerate until set

Recipe Notes

This recipe can also be pressed into a square container and cut into small squares when set.

Use coloured cachous.
