Eggless and easy pineapple souffle.
Ingredients
- 567 g (crushed) canned pineapple
- 395 g sweetened condensed milk
- 500 g cream fresh
- 170 g jelly crystals pineapple
- 5 tea plain biscuits
- 4 slices pineapple
- 5 glace cherries
Method

Step 1Make the pineapple jelly as per the instruction on the packet.

Step 2Keep aside but do not refrigerate.

Step 3Lightly beat the fresh cream and condensed milk in a bowl.

Step 4Add the mixed cream and condensed milk to the jelly.

Step 5Add the crushed pieces of pineapple to the mixture.

Step 6Stir well and pour into a dish. Refrigerate for 6-8 hrs.

Step 7Once the souffle is set decorate with the pineapple slices, cherries and biscuits.
