A savoury muffin. Very quick and easy with lots of variations.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup wholemeal self-raising flour
- 3/4 cup self-raising flour
- 1 cup cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
- 1 pinch paprika
Method

Step 1Combine all ingredients in medium mixing bowl.

Step 2Spoon into greased or lined patty cake tins.

Step 3Bake at 200C (180C fan forced) for 10-15 minutes.

Step 4Cool on a wire rack.
Recipe Notes
Can also be made with ½ cup of cheese and ½ cup of corn. I used low fat cheese.
