Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup wholemeal self-raising flour
  • 3/4 cup self-raising flour
  • 1 cup cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs
  • 1 pinch paprika

Method

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients in medium mixing bowl.
  • Step 2
    Spoon into greased or lined patty cake tins.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 200C (180C fan forced) for 10-15 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Cool on a wire rack.
Recipe Notes
Can also be made with ½ cup of cheese and ½ cup of corn. I used low fat cheese.
