Sweet tangy ribs, a winner on any occasion. Your next BBQ will make you a star!
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup orange marmalade
- 1/4 cup sherry vinegar
- 4 tbs orange juice
- 4 tbs lemon juice
- 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika large
- 1 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 6 beef ribs
Method

Step 1Heat BBQ to medium/low.

Step 2Blend first 4 ingredients, 1 tablespoon paprika, and 1¼ teaspoons cumin in non metalic bowl.

Step 3Season sauce with salt and pepper. Transfer half of sauce to small bowl and reserve.

Step 4Sprinkle and rub ribs on all sides with paprika, cumin, salt and pepper.

Step 5Grill 20 minutes, turning occasionally.

Step 6Brush ribs with some of sauce from bowl. Grill for about 15 minutes until slightly charred and cooked to medium-rare, brushing with remaining sauce in bowl.

Step 7Transfer ribs to platter. Drizzle with some of reserved sauce in bowl, salt and pepper.

Step 8Serve with sauce and napkins.
Recipe Notes
This goes great with coleslaw, with mash and scorched green beans. It can become a favourite meal. Low grilling as the sugars will burn easily so don't let it get too hot, basting is the key! You can also use orange/lime marmalade.
