Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 kg chicken breast fillet
  • 2 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup dried breadcrumbs
  • 1 pinch mixed herbs

Method

  • Step 1
    Trim chicken breasts of excess fat and cut into smaller fillets.
  • Step 2
    Combine milk and eggs in a bowl.
  • Step 3
    Add mixed herbs to breadcrumbs in another bowl.

  • Step 4
    Dip chicken in egg mixture and then into breadcrumbs, ensuring chicken is well coated.
  • Step 5
    Cook chicken in a deep fryer or shallow fry in oil until golden brown.

  • 1 deep fryer

Serve with rich gravy or bernaise sauce.
