Ingredients
- 1 1/4 kg chicken breast fillet
- 2 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup dried breadcrumbs
- 1 pinch mixed herbs
Method

Step 1Trim chicken breasts of excess fat and cut into smaller fillets.

Step 2Combine milk and eggs in a bowl.

Step 3Add mixed herbs to breadcrumbs in another bowl.

Step 4Dip chicken in egg mixture and then into breadcrumbs, ensuring chicken is well coated.

Step 5Cook chicken in a deep fryer or shallow fry in oil until golden brown.
